I have been writing since three years now, and for some reason this is one of the most eye-opening articles of my career, the underlying reason behind the scenario at hand is that no article whatsoever can do justice to how high I think of people like Harsh Agarwal. Its not about a journey of a person who started at a call center and is running a million dollar company. Its not about someone for whom passion supersedes everything else. Its not another blog story, or a pleasing naration describing flexible work environments.This article is about all of that and much more, it is about the power of being a work-in-progress rather than being a furnished piece, it is about the enthusiasm a person has for what they belive in rather than well, doing any god-damn thing.
Harsh Agarwal, is an entreprenur who is running two million dollar blogs and still considers himself as a student. This according to me is the secret ingredient to his success, he is as dedicated as a student who has to appear for board exams and an evident planner. He does not believe in keeping checklists rather he has a “List of Goals”., if someone who has ever envisioned something purely out of passion and will power, they know what it means. It is the very thin line b/w working for a living and living for something you work.
The only grey area in his life, is his approach towards his blogs, he was so open to new ideas and somehow all of them made him, what he is today. The extent to which he loves blogs can solely be judges by his excitement when he is talking about them. He is always ready to address new audiences, and is always full of ideas for everyone who is even remotely intrested in blogging. He is a blogger who blogs about blogging.His right concern is looking for the right team members, who will be as dedicated to shoutmeloud as he is. He belives that freelancers, are a better workforce as any and till date has only full time employee.
