Olaug Vervik Bollestad is a Norwegian politician for the Christian Democratic Party. She has been elected as a member of parliament as a representative of the Rogaland province. She was elected for the first time in the year 2013. After that, she represented the area so well and the natives supported her immensely. She has been a wonderful representative and has shown great concern and activeness for her people. Always putting her feet forward in the interest of the people. She has faced the opposition brilliantly every time, properly giving a reasonable explanation for their queries and concerns. She carries a bold personality and is quite known for her eloquent speeches.
She is representing the Christian Democratic Party as the party leader since 2021, and here again, she did a great job being a reputed member who people look up to and expect good things from here the people including both the citizens and fellow party members. She was appointed deputy leader in the year 2015 and since then she has been serving as the deputy lear till 2021 when she got appointed as the party leader. She also served as the Minister of Agriculture and Food from 2019 to 2021 when the party was in power and was ruling Norway. Although the people Jude a party on a holistic basis and they can’t favor a party just because it has a good leader, they consider each and every initiative and every policy and then vote for them, bringing them into power.
Although she is not in power anymore, she is still quite influential and the public definitely loves her. It can be seen from her promptness and concern regarding the governance of her area. She recently asked some questions from the current Agriculture and Food Minister Sandra Borch in written format for which the minister had given answers. This shows her maturity and how she has preferred to get her questions answered.
She has an Instagram following of almost 120 thousand followers and she is quite a famous person from Norway in the Instagram community. She frequently shares with her followers her family picture, and the sweet life she and her family members are living. She shares the activities she is part of, and the things she does in her regular day-to-day life. Things like morning walk, spending time with her grandkids and her husband, going on a nice little trail, some of the most special food items she comes around, and here and there one or two adventures that she does under pressure from her family members. She is truly a real person and definitely a good politician for her people.
