“The Most Significant Point Is Your End Goal and Perspective” – Tanish Sharma
Food blogging is always an interesting area to explore and super exciting to make it a career. Tanish Sharma, is one of the food bloggers who makes success through making business with cravings.
Looking back, where did it all begin?
Little Tanish, while in 11th standard, was very passionate about photography. During his summer holidays in 2016, he got a phone for himself. Then, he started posting pictures in his personal account. Tanish loved food and those days when starting off his account, he captured whatever he ate and posted it. Eventually, it became a dedicated food account. It was not started with a serious note in mind, but as a hobby. Day by day, he put in more effort and time to bring up his account. Slowly silently, everything fell into place. Tanish is a cinematographer by profession and an editor at a YouTube Channel HHM. He continues his passion in photography and food combo, through his food blog. The page was started as a record of whatever he ate. And he is very much found and fascinated by forks. Therefore, it was initially Fork Diaries. Fork stands for a classy, premium food, but his doesn’t stick to that only.
Most of the content on his page is about street food. It is cheap, relatable and easily available. Not everyone can think of sushi, but every Indian can connect with Chole Bhature. These days, he focuses more on videos or reels rather than pictures, as video’s hold a better future as he analyses. Tanish looks keen at every trend and what people like. This concern makes him reach many. According to what the audience likes, his content is created in the same track.
He does a number of brand collaborations where he keeps real. The products he personally believes are only suggested or promoted. He concentrates on why one should buy the product he showcases. He tries maintaining a balance in brand briefs and his creativity, which serves as a balanced diet. Last year, a video of a two feet long chicken egg roll was posted by Tanish, which went crazily viral in the media. Many shared the video, it reaching millions. The food spot is Delhi’s Model Town, specifically – Patna Roll Center. In the video one can see the vendor taking a lot of dough, flattening it and adding all ingredients which is best shot. This biggest chicken roll also came in the news where Tanish was also in a discussion.
A video from Indore featuring an interesting item – Ballentine Ice cream was another viral video. In the comments, people came asking about the location, guessing it’s from Vietnam and such, but it was originally from India. Tanish Sharma was a part of India’s greatest influencer convention – Influencer on. He spoke about his Instagram journey and his success story. Continuing to be the food hunter from all over the world, he paints all fifty shades of hunger.
