American fashion stylist, lifestyle, and beauty blogger Chriselle LIM. What does the phrase “lifestyle blogger” actually mean? A lifestyle blogger discusses their daily activities, what they do, what items they use, and how they spend their days in a way that is neither very intimate nor overtly professional. She and her daughters reside in Los Angeles.
Motherhood was the most important aspect of her life. Her blog has a lot of information about everything related to motherhood and her ways to deal with their day-to-day activities. She prefers setting boundaries on social media where she shares about her daughters and the way she deals with them. She loves documenting her daughter’s life, but her older daughter is not much keen to be on camera. ‘Sharenting’ is a new term I learnt through her blog which is all about sharing your kids’ life as a parent on social media. “Balance is the key,” she shares. Setting up balanced and firm boundaries as well as maintaining a proper share of lifestyle updates is mandatory too for a blogger.
Chriselle’s way to juggle things between her kids and full-time blogger is definitely hectic but she doesn’t let her motherhood define her work and vice versa. This is something we really feel inspired by. At Creatorshala, our prime goal is to focus on those influencers and bloggers who influenced us in a myriad way by creating a niche for themselves and came out stronger than ever. She even was bullied on Instagram, which is, in itself, very humiliating, especially for a mother who has just come out of the struggles of being a mom. For a new mom, breastfeeding is a major concern, and it does get very disturbing at times. Chriselle’s mom and breastfeeding tips are worth checking out for. She has detailed some of the very useful examples of proper breastfeeding techniques which is quite a rescue for those poor, tensed mothers.
One magic potion which is worth mentioning here is ‘mother’s milk tea’. Yes, it’s tea, a concoction of natural ingredients such as milk-making aids like herbs fennel, anise, coriander and thistle. All these are used to make this tea. It won’t guarantee abundant milk production but would definitely be a perfect blend of real natural nutrients to boost the benefits. And it’s even great if someone is a tea lover.
Sharing about maternal experiences is significantly more original and deserving of appreciation than all those cliché lifestyle, beauty, and styling fashion blogs. Chriselle made the decision to launch her own blog as a result of being a mother. She enjoys managing her girls’ needs with her social media work. She advocates “eating a lot,” which is just not a common expression. She’s sincere. Her favorite cuisine is seaweed soup, which is high in calcium, iron, fiber, and iodine. Because you are constantly feeding the baby, the more you breastfeed, the hungrier you become. Throughout the day, she makes sure to keep snacking on her favorite goodies.
