I will wear a dress only if: This one has been the most constant throughout from freshers to a first college party to each others first birthday together to college fest – unofficial farewell and will probably continue till eternity. Not only this one shows the bond between best friends it portrays somewhere down the line we only care about each other and all others are just some background music.
“Toh Phir mei Bhi Nai Jaa Rahi”: We are as clueless as you are, that when-how and why did this thing start. Coming from a college where attendance was above all and still missing a whole day of classes just because she was not coming as well.
“Group pe reply kar”: This one has played the most important role in all times, from wanting her to fake a laugh on my stupid joke, smash someone on the group just because I wanted to and the most important highlighting my name in the class group when my crush was online.
“The whole world thinks you are Mad”: Okay well, this has actually happened with me and I am writing with a huge smile on my face. There was a friend who wanted to have a word with us about some project and we were sitting there giggling on something very insane, though we ignored him and were a little rude, he was standing still in front of our desks, too stunned to move because of the stupidity he just heard, and he has been ignoring us ever since. Yes its been 4 years and we have been solemnly ignored throughout!
“Ab aage Kya likhu”: That super funny moment when I introduced my best friend to my then “Banda” and he introduced himself in the best possible manner! Such a waste right? She probably knows him a lot by now, she has co-authored all the romantic convos and the fights since day 1.
“Eyeliner Laga de”: Thanking heavens because my best friend was a pro when it came to getting dressed, and I was always at the receiving end because she never liked my clothes. Because we used to go together to almost every nice place, she was responsible for all my winged liner moods.
“She hates your ex more than you do”: — Nuff Said Guys, we know this you know this even “jadoo” knows this. In addition to hating him more, she was the first person to know that he is not the one!
“Gossip & More Gossip”: That is the official hobby of all the duos out there, weather long chats on WhatsApp, battery draining conversations on the phone and whatnot. Our personal record was talking about this fat girl we absolutely hated and we still do, all the people we know, are 100% aware of her existence.
“Getting Punished Together”: This one is no biggie because we were always sitting together laughing on something super silly, we were always called out for punishments.
P.S: We headed to the nearest canteen and enjoyed lip-smacking meals and yes some more gossip.
“Weird NickNames”: There was absolutely no logic and some weird rhyming scheme! Even though I remember her phone number by heart I still have her contact on my phone with that stupid name and loads of emoticons!
