Dawn Lioutas is a Toronto, Canada-based photographer. She is of Greek and Cypriot descent. Although Toronto is her home base, she travels as much as she can. She was a substitute elementary school teacher, which is fantastic because it gives her the freedom to take a vacation whenever she wants. She is also a travel blogger and photographer, which she does for a living and spends most of her time doing. She has traveled for 6-7 months on average per year, at most for 2 months. When asked where her favorite place was, she responded that narrowing it down to just one city would be impossible because there are so many breathtaking locations. Florence, Venice, and Quebec City are a few locations that have truly caught my attention. They all have lovely buildings as well as wonderful cultures and vibes.
She started fusing her passions for travel and photography at a very young age. She inspires people and spreads a message through her photos. Dawn has a strong sense of responsibility for the environment and enjoys learning about the history and architecture of the areas she travels. One of her photos at a time, her shots let viewers experience the globe alongside her. In addition to being a travel photographer, she blogs about her daily life and offers travel advice to make your trip special.
How she first learned about travelling Dawn claimed that she was fortunate enough to have traveled with her parents as a child to a variety of locations, including England, Greece, Mexico, and the Cayman Islands. Her passion for travel was sparked by such experiences when she was a child. As a young child, Dawn found it fascinating to observe the vast differences in lifestyles among nations, as well as the stark contrasts in climatic conditions and geographical features. She took a photography course in high school and fell in love with the potential that photography provides you to capture a moment in time and share it with others. She later acquired my first Nikon D5000 DSLR camera, and things started to pick up steam. Dawn started out by taking pictures of my vacations and selling them online.
Dawn didn’t decide to sign up for Instagram until she was confined to a bed for two months due to a knee ailment in the summer of 2015. From there, everything simply took off, and she eventually came to the conclusion that starting a travel blog to share all the tips and tricks she had learnt to make the most of her travels only made sense. Dawn’s goal is to go to every continent and take pictures that showcase the Many nations have distinctive cultures and ways of life. Although she is aware that there are many nations that are unsafe due to war or other factors, she would love to be able to boast that she has visited every country someday. However, realistically, she hopes to travel to at least 100 nations. Through her images, she hopes to encourage others to leave their comfort zones and travel to novel and surprising locations.
