Elaine Jasmine Heng, also known as Elaine Rui Min, is a model and online influencer. She was born in Singapore and currently resides there. She earned a Bachelor of Communications and New Media from the National University of Singapore. She began her career doing digital marketing for an acclaimed skincare brand for two years before committing to being a full-time host and content creator.

Elaine’s apparel company, which she named ilo the label or ILO for short, was officially launched on February 16, 2020. The shop specialises in creating hand-drawn watercolour prints that it then uses to decorate its apparel. However, the retail establishment has been closed for the time being.
