Ecko or Ignacio Matías Spallatti, is a popular Argentine rapper, he is primarily known for his freestyles and has participated in many rapping competitions held in Argentina such as “El Wuinto Escalón” and “Ego Fest” some of the most popular ones. He is notorious for his crazy flow and his amazing sentence structure, he leaves everyone amazed whenever he starts rapping, One hardly expects this level of serious talent from such a young person.
He started his professional rapping career later in life but he has been into rapping for a much longer time period. He started at the early age of 14, initially visiting freestyle or some rap events. It was shocking to realize that back then he was not even aware of rap, his friend introduced him and after going to these rapping events he got interested in it too. For him, it was a way to express himself, and plus it was cool. He also practiced and made himself a little better at it, then he got participated in Red Bull Buenos Aires Rapping competition, and he made it to the qualifiers, but unfortunately, he lost. As you know failure has a much bigger hand in the success of a person, the same thing was true for Ecko, he got motivated even more after he lost the competition.
After this, he decided to participate in more and more such events and battles. It was in 2016 that he started getting good results and started garnering a fan base for himself. People now know who he was and what he was capable of, defeating freestylers such as Wold and Noodle, Dan Yelus and Dam, and Tobi and Pose after teaming up with Nacho could be counted as almost his major successes. This year was full of new surprises for him, he gained so much experience that I don’t even have that much space to list it out. He is truly hard at work, no doubt he has achieved so much and in the process has stayed true to himself.
In the subsequent years he worked more and more, rapping is a tough job and it’s remarkable that he was able to do all this just through his intense dedication. Recently he has started to distance himself from battle rap and started making songs. Now since he had already made such a reputation as a freestyle rapper, he had created a fanbase for himself. He was able to achieve new things through his songs, getting the attention of a new crowd. He has accumulated millions of views on Spotify and YouTube so far.
