The only Arab content creator to interview Pope Francis in Vatican City, Hayla Gazhal is a Youtuber, blogger and a celebrity video star. She is the owner of Hyla Culture and is the UN Change Ambassador.
“The TV presenter speaks at the audience and the YouTube creator speaks to the audience,” states Hayla to the point. Hayla has worked in front of the camera for five years, starting her career in TV commercials.She was just 15 years old when she started working at a fashion agency. Later on, she moved to creating content anytime from anywhere and shifted to YouTube just as an 18 -year old girl back in 2013. She uploads fashion and beauty content and even comedy videos for entertainment. Hyla TV even addresses social issues. Years later, she is considered to be one of MENA regions’s most influencial channels. Her videos went so far as to gain her the title of change ambassador as part of a collaboration with the United Nations and YouTube for gender equality.
Meanwhile, she gained a degree from American University of Dubai in Business Management. Hayla has also turned to be a successful retail entrepreneur with two bridal and evening gown boutiques in the Hayla Couture empire – the first opened when she was just 19 years old.
She has done succesful collaborations with Nestle, Unilever and Huawei. The YouTube channel has hit over a billion views with a Potpourri of the young girl’s content. Hyla also got featured in the Top 10 Arab Social Media influencers. Another benchmark was to be a nominee among the Woman of the Year Award 2016, Emirates Women.
Hyla Gazhal doesn’t post videos on YouTube on a regular basis now. Her last video seems to have come out nine months ago which is titled “The Day I told You About.” Her instagram followers are up to 2.3 million and has reels and pictures posted not so frequently. A pretty girl elevated on social media with the chance to be even a UN ambassador, keeps her fan-followers intact showering much love via comments on her post.
