Kat Lebrasse, an Australian influencer and mother, has lived in Dubai for more than 15 years. She is also co-owner of the Sunday social media agency in the Dubai Design District. She loves the sunny vibe of the city and discovers new things to love every day, like cafes and hotspots that make her think of her home in Melbourne.
Kat pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science degree with a Tourism and Management concentration, but she never really felt like she belonged in that field. She knew that She would work in fashion at some point in her life because she worked part-time for an Australian fashion designer named Alannah Hill and that was the only place she felt completely herself. The only drawback was that she still yearned to travel and see as much of the world as she could. As a result, she boarded a plane, traveled to Dubai, and became a flight attendant for Emirates Airline. She continued to fly, dabbled in public relations through Emirates-sponsored events, and even flew privately for one of Dubai’s sheikhs for a few years. However, She was always involved in the fashion industry, working as a stylist, personal shopping, and occasionally creating her own designs.
In 2013, She launched Lebrasse.com. She mentioned that she literally woke up in the middle of the night and thought, “I’m going to start a blog!” as if she had been shocked.She had no idea how to set up, run, or promote a blog.As a result, She spent a lot of time watching videos on YouTube, researching, and experimenting with various page formats until she figured it all out, naturally with the assistance of close friends who were much more into tech than she was.
Kat love her job! She loves that she can basically work for herself and complete tasks whenever she want. however, when she is working on projects, clients almost always give her deadlines and goals that she can always meet or ignore.The fun part for Kat is that she get to work doing something she love. Her job includes keeping up with the latest fashions, shopping online to find new designers, brands, or retailers, going to the newest hot spot, and going to beautiful places all over the world.
Kat is blessed with two kids a daughter and a son. Now that she has two children, she thinks that it is much harder to keep up. She must pay attention to both of them and she always ensure that she is meeting their requirements. As a young family, They spend a lot of time indoors , especially rolling around on the floor playing with their kids. Her usual hangout spots have changed a lot after being a mum. her weekends now consist entirely of spending as much time as she can with her family. Most weekends, they go to the pool or the beach.their favorite go-to is their neigbourhood Riva Beach Club.They love going to Ripe Market whenever they feel like getting out their routine.
