He thinks that issues affect not only his company but also their customers and employees, who depend on them.Therefore, the first question he always asks when he encounter a problem is, “How long will it take to fix it?” because the more you allow it to fester, the more difficulties you put others and yourself through. After that, he get to the bottom of the issue and address it at its source to prevent it from recurring.

His advice is a combination of lessons learned from his own experience and advice from his brother and father.”Everybody should take a step back, get to know themselves, and then live for themselves and not others. Don’t try to buy people’s respect or love, and don’t show off shiny things to make friends.What you bring will be important because you won’t be the one who matters.If you want to help others, try to be a good person to them and do the things that make you happy.When you can, lend a willing ear, a shoulder to cry on, and a helping hand,” Said Ameer
