We have all been ears to one amusing dialogue all our lives and still seems that our parents cannot get enough of it. We can bet all we have on the fact that there is no millennial out there who hasn’t been subjected to seldom gyaan stating “Beta, bass ye Karlo uske bath Aish hi Aish Hain” It usually starts around when we are approaching our 10th and may last for approx 4-7 years depending on your path choices. However, every once in a while we come across a person who is so engrossed in their dreams that all these dialogues go vain. One such personality is Nithiba Kaul.
Nithiba Kaul’s career graph can be best described in the simple statement “A girl who had it all but still wanted more”. Being a consistent performer throughout her academic life she always made it to the list of top achievers. A dream for many she was recruited by Google as an account strategist straight out of her college. However, destiny had other plans and she was all set to take the high road.

Nithiba is equally positive about failures as she is about success. She has been through her share of failures and is proud of herself for being bold enough to live through those experiences and portray that amount of courage.
