In addition to being a transformation coach, Preston Sin is the CEO and founder of Press On Collective. Without “dieting” or strenuous workouts at the gym, Preston teaches growth-driven men (including business owners, professionals, and even fathers) how to bring out the finest version of themselves on the outside. Through the use of individualised regimens, he guides clients through the process of altering both their bodies and their lifestyles.
His contemporaries have described Preston as an upbeat and happy person with a strong desire to motivate those in his immediate environment. Over the past several years, he has been steadily drawn into the health and fitness niche, a setting in which he discusses his own personal experiences. He felt challenged as a skinny, insecure teen because he had low self-esteem and a poor self-image. He describes how he eventually overcame his body-image issues and now lives confidently while inspiring others to be the best versions of themselves. He also explains how he motivated others to be their best versions. Preston intends to carry on with this path, serve other people, and assist them in accomplishing their objectives through his platform.
The topic that Preston will be focusing on is a combination of Health and Lifestyle. His followers will learn more about how they may improve their bodies through exercises and nutrition and, more significantly, how they can remain continually inspired to take action and move closer to reaching their fitness and physique objectives.
Preston began by recording his physical progress on Instagram and sharing it with his followers. Soon after, Preston was flooded with requests to provide instruction, so he began to consider giving it a go. Before assisting other individuals, Preston became more active in the profession and began pursuing certification.
His approach to coaching focuses more on the mental than physical aspects of the game. Clients have difficulty sticking to their diets or workout routines not because they are unable to or don’t want to complete the activities. It’s because of something holding them back, so Preston’s job as a coach is to figure out what that is and provide them straightforward solutions that they can begin with and then improve upon as they go.
As a coach, Preston is good at setting goals that are within reach. Because most of his customers choose to do tasks in a more accessible manner, Preston typically recommends that they begin their endeavors on a modest scale. This is because he must meet his customers where they are on their respective journeys.
The path leading to his accomplishment has been fraught with obstacles. At age 16, Preston began his career as a hustler. He believed that the key to success was financial gain, and given that he had numerous chances available, he said something to the effect of, “Let’s all get rich together!” However, he squandered two years of his life by becoming a hard-core salesman, and as a result, he lost many of the friends he had previously had.
However, he does his best to maintain an “overly cheerful” attitude. Preston has been through his fair share of challenges, and he has two choices: he can use them as a reason to give up, or he may utilize them as a stepping stone to continue to level up. Although he has a choice regarding what he does daily, there are times when he is exhausted. It’s about adopting a new lens through which to see the event and deciding how to interpret the circumstances.
Preston doesn’t see himself as an influential person at all. He doesn’t know why one would stand around with a product and try to sell it to random individuals. Because Preston does not consider these chances a priority at this time, Preston respectfully declines them. He desires to focus on expanding his company and serving his customers.
