Patoranking (Real Name PatrickNnaemeka Okorie, Born 27 May 1990) is a Nigerian singer and songwriter from the Igbo tribe. Primarily seen as the pioneer of
mainstream reggae-dancehall tune, He rose to reputation through collaborations with artists such as Konga, Slam, Reggie Rockstone, and project. He has carried out great fulfilment following his breakthrough song, “Alubarika” which featured Timaya.
The award-triumphing singer has a humble starting and laboured his manner to where he’s today. He began his professional dancing in avenue jams and later entered completely into the music industry. Patrick Nnaemeka Okorie was born in ljegun-Egba, Alimosho, Lagos State, His relatives are originally from Ebonyi State, and that makes sit his state of origin. Patoranking is a mixture of “Pato,” a brief shape of his first name Patrick and “ranking” which is Jamaican slang for an extraordinarily reputable one.
