“My body is lean, I choose to continue working on it as it is.” Prateek Jain
Prateek Jain is a former Mr. India World winner and a fitness freak. He has also represented India in Mister World 2014. He stays tanked up and goes to the gym on a regular basis and spends a good amount of time there. He has won the Asian Supermodel Contest and was the first Indian to achieve that title. He is basically into Modelling and has the physique that complements his career choice. He was even placed in Times Most Desirable Men 2014 ‘s Top 20, which was conducted by Times of India. Despite being the winner of two such reputed competitions, Prateek’s career growth has only proceeded horizontally in the years that followed the peak of his career. He was talked about and covered by literally every magazine in 2014 and 2015. Later he was launched on the big screen with his debut film named “Alishan”. Prateek a model turned actor later got so immersed in movies and working on the big screen and discovered for himself a promising role as Venky along with other popular movie stars such as “Daggubatti Venkatesh and Naga Chaitanya”.
Despite being a model and winner of Mr. India world, he is currently not active on social sites such as Instagram, as he feels its too bad for his mental wellbeing and in some sense also affects his physical fitness, which is true as many researchers can be seen talking about the negative side of social media and the consequences of social media addiction. People who are away from these sites and who prefer a real life are definitely the ones who are living a much more positive life. Prateek indulged in fitness and a healthy lifestyle so much so that he stays on a very balanced diet, which consists of nutritious and protein-rich food and his daily routine involves lots of workouts and running. It’s not hard to believe, as he is a professional martial artist and has even participated in Mixed Martial Arts fights in past. He prefers endurance-based workouts instead of intensive workout schedules since he prefers a lean balanced body instead of a really muscular and muscle-stacked body. His dedication to fitness should go unnoticed as it’s remarkable how simple and peace-loving he is. So, let’s hope he gets to work in more big cinemas as their fans are always on the lurk for his content.
