XinLin Khaw is a content creator based in Singapore who focuses on lifestyle and travel topics. She has a carefree attitude and a love of having fun, and she is always up for experiencing something new and making the most of her life.
Blogger and Creator of content for social media Xin Lin are from the tropical island nation of Singapore. Her love for dancing began early, but she has always had a special place in her heart for seafood. Her worst enemy is eczema, and she’s been itching to see the world lately.
While working a part-time job, you should also study. Xin Lim couldn’t say she achieved the correct balance because she struggles to excel academically. However, she can say with certainty that over those three and a half years at college, she gained so much knowledge and was exposed to many new things that she wouldn’t exchange anything for. In her time at the university, Xin Lin has acquired access to and participated in many experiences that her academic performance could not have paid for. However, the previous year was the most difficult of all. Xin Lin is relieved that she is now beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel. In the coming weeks and months, before she completes her education, she will make the most of the time Xin Lin has by improving herself as a person, appreciating the genuine friends and family members in her life, and dancing. In contrast, Xin Lin still can do so, earning more money for savings and possibly working much more diligently to save her grades. Despite how much she would like to say that “grades don’t matter,” she hasn’t been able to find a job.
All of those Xin Lin years that she has been accumulating as she has gotten older have flown by lightning-fastly. Despite the days, months, and years that appear to have passed by more quickly, Xin Lin gets the impression that her life has started to have a tale of its own by this point. When Xin Lin was younger, every birthday was about the lovely cartoon birthday cakes, presents from the parents, sending goodie bags to school, or any fantastic parties they’d give. Xin Lin’s parents loved throwing parties out of this world. During her teenage years, she yearned for worldly possessions. At every birthday, you were allowed to cross items off your wish list. Most people hold a big celebration on their 21st birthday to mark the transition into adulthood. Xin Lin did not because she believed it was a waste of money, and now that she is a young adult, she does not want any presents. However, a simple phone call, personalised text message, or a simple get-together with Xin Lin over a meal will make her day.
It’s a sad reality that as we get older, we tend to lose touch with many people. However, Xin Lin believes that it is essential to remember that although we may lose friends, we must never lose ourselves. Every Xin Lin’s birthday, she hopes that the passing of another year will make her wiser and more appreciative toward her genuine friends and loved ones. She cannot express how grateful she is to all her friends who have remained there. Especially those who witnessed her during the dumb, rebellious puberty stage but never once criticised her despite it.
