Tied the knot
In June 2017, Nada Baeshan and Hamad Alrayes tied the knot. The wedding of Nada Baeshen to Hamad Alrayes was centered on the union of close friends and family from both near and far.“Our wedding was a reunion for so many and the most magical part was having all my loved ones there,” say Nada. The bride was from Saudi Arabia, the groom was from Kuwait, and both of them studied in the United States. The path to romance was straightforward and smooth after the two met at a dinner party hosted by friends. “One year after we started courting, Hamad proposed. He simply set a date to speak to my dad, as that was the only way of making it official, and it just happened gradually.” Said Nada.
Details of the wedding
According to Nada who entrusted Zainab Alsalih of Carousel Events with the task of bringing her ideal wedding to life, Dubai was the obvious choice because it was easy for all their friends and family to join them. The Four Seasons in Jumeirah was the couple’s choice due to its beautiful gardens and impeccable service.
Nada’s search for a dress led to a dream partnership. She knew what she wanted because she owns three clothing boutiques in Saudi and work in the fashion industry. After looking around Paris, She chose the wrong dress, so she stopped looking for a while. she still didn’t have a dress four months before the wedding. Nada didn’t find the Lebanese designer Ziad Nakad until Ramadan when she was looking for inspiration on Instagram. she immediately flew to Beirut, shared some pictures, and they collaborated to create something elegant with beautiful embroidery that was easy to move in. “A good designer is someone who pays attention. I’m someone who knows what I want, and She just made it happen. It was the ideal elegant and comfortable wedding ensemble when paired with Prada shoes.”
The room’s emotion revealed the answer as a band flown in from the French Riviera played Bob Marley’s “Is This Love” for Hamad and Nada’s first dance. Nada’s priority was to make sure her family and friends had an amazing time and remember her wedding forever and that is what actually happened. She estimates that the day was perfect and she would not change a thing if she goes back in time.
