He is actually one of those people who look at his bike and say “Chal Pura Shehar Naapke Ate Hain”, we are talking about Venakat Ganesh who has been called Ganesh his whole life by all the people who know him personally and is now called as “Indian Backpack Motorbike” which is also his blog name. However we at Creatorshala feel that it is high time that we get to know a little about the Real Venkat.
The initial trips that Venkat has been to are pretty relatable by the Indian “Aam Aadmi Standards”, born and brought up in Mumbai the only travelling he got in his teenage years was “Nani house” and some other relatives who resided in Andhra Pradesh. However traveling as a hobby crossed his path when he was in College. It was at that time when he started going on a lot of trips with his friends
And By Trips we do not mean Boomerangs of matching passport covers, we refer to the boys who having their luggage at their backs and their hands on their Bikes all ready to go “Vroom.”It was with his friends that he took a trip to Ladakh, however some time after that he wanted to relive those moments and his friends refused to repeat a destination. It was then that Venkat Decided to take the trip alone and it was after this trip that he made up his mind to be a full time travel blogger.
For a person to take on such adventures alone and without any financial backup is definitely no piece of cake and still people like Venkat keep on going about blogging like it walking down a road.However his love for his work was not limited to passion for travelling or exploring new places it was about living in other people’s shoes leaving without plans and going out and about at offbeat destinations a sense of curiosity and eagerness to experience something new.
