He worked as an intern at Club Caribbean while in high school, and soon after graduating, he received a job offer. He worked in a number of resorts before transferring his skills to the sea, where he worked for the Disney and Royal Caribbean cruise lines. He relocated back to the country and obtained a job as the Executive Chef at Negril Restaurant in New York City. At the Highland Ballroom and B.B. King Blues Club and Grill in the center of New York City, Chef Patrick now wows diners. When he’s not in charge of 40 to 50 workers in the kitchen, he gives presentations in Bloomingdale’s or Macy’s or distributes samples in Times Square. Chef Patrick pushes the envelope in the kitchen, combining American flair, Southern cooking, and Caribbean spices to produce a truly distinctive dining experience. Each dish he prepares is a work of art, both in terms of the flavor combinations and the presentation on the plate.
