The farm Bills being passed in both the Parliament Houses had got major noticed over it. What does the exaclty these bills say? Does this will benefit Farmers or become another reason to increase suicide cases in India? Will it give the freedom to farmer to choose where they want to sell their produce? So let's talk about it. First let's get to know about the Farm Bills, there were three bills which were passed Farmer's Produce Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Bill, Farmers(Empowerment and Protection) Agreement on Price Assurance and Farm Services Bill and Essential Commodities (Amendment) Bill. So the main Pro I see in this is: The Agricultural sector will get benefit and get developed. And Also farmer's revenue will increase. It also ensure that farmer can sell the Produce outside the Mandis system and increase intra state trade. And What I see Con is From the farmers point of view, they are worried that the industrialist may decide the prices and they won't be having the decision power, as we all know industry will obviously see their profit. And from common man point of view some of the companies may sell the essential commodities at high price which might lead to inflation later on. So what is your point of view on it?
I’m sure “influencer” is no new term to you, especially if you’re in digital marketing, but the term micro-influencer might be. Micro-influencer marketing is taking off and beginning to be just as if not more successful than celebrity influencer campaigns and advertising. Why is that? Well, people are more willing to trust the opinions of people they know and look up to; those they feel will give an honest opinion, not just rave because they were paid. So, What Exactly is a Micro-influencer? Micro-influencers are individuals that have between 1,000 to 1,000,000 followers/audience members and are considered experts in their respective niche. They could be a food blogger, traveler, a local fashionista, or a fitness guru - just to name a few. These smaller, more focused niche experts connect on a deeper level with their audiences and generate greater engagement In fact, influencers with 1,000 followers generated 85% higher engagement than those having 100,000 followers, and as the number of followers increases the engagement tends to decrease. Staying within that 1,000 to 100,000 followers proves to be the sweet spot. It just makes sense -- a smaller audience means much more hands-on, personal interaction and we all know that’s marketing gold these days. Leveraging micro-influencers who are followed by your target audience not only puts your service or product in front of the right people but slaps on a glossy coating of social proof. Higher Engagement Rates As we mentioned, engagement with users from micro-influencers is a huge benefit to working with them.

To begin with, India does not have a national game as of now. Though ‘Hockey’ is taught to us as our national game right from our childhood but in 2012, Sports Ministry clarified that India has not notified any national game as such. Now the question arises should cricket be made our national game? So,basically everyone would have different opinion here, some will say "Yes" it should be and some will say "No" is should not be. Here I'm sharing my opinion in both Yes&No Yes, Cricket should be declared as the national game of India:- A. India has been performing remarkably well in cricket from the previous 20 years or thereabouts. It is the most well known game in India. Kids are frantically energetic about it, individuals are profoundly engaged with the game, there is a cricket pundit in each Indian house. The BCCI has been fruitful in splendidly advertising and empowering the game also. BCCI is the most extravagant cricket board on the planet and the most extravagant games controlling expert in India. No games authority has dealt with their game so well in India when contrasted with BCCI. We have won 3 World Cups, 2 Victor Prizes and a lot more lofty competitions. B. Aside from the crude enthusiasm, the cash and popularity that follows are blinding. In contrast to different players of different games, the cricketers even at the lesser levels gain abundantly, which is additionally a persuading factor that this game guarantees money related security gave you play well. No, Cricket should not be declared as the national game of India:- A.Cricket basically originated in England and gained popularity in the colonial countries as the English masters used to play. The fine Englishmen used to bat all day and the tiring bowling work was done by the locals of the colonies. This game is a sign of the presence of colonialism. B.We were champions of hockey even when we were not independent. We have won Olympic 8 gold medals in Hockey, highest in any sport. We had a glorious past, and we should work towards restoring it. Making Cricket as a national game may overshadow Hockey. By concluding my argument, I would not agree on- Cricket to become National game of India. As Hockey is our game and it is played before independence and we have got many victories through Hockey, So if we try to restore Hockey back on track it will get back our Victory back. Though I agree that Cricket in India is more popular than any game, we can't give it the title of National Game of India. We also know cricket is also famous for controversies both Good and Bad. Do you think Cricket should be made the national game of India? Please give your opinion.
I have often heard this from influencers/bloggers who have good amount of followers. I know at some point while worrying about numbers we forget how we want our content to be or our sole focus just gets shifted to only followers numbers and that may compel us to buy fake followers or fake views and likes , which only leads to you talking to yourself with bots. In my opinion everything must be balanced , we should analyze our insights properly and plan accordingly our content , as well as maintaining the quality of the content, both quality and quantity have to be maintained and keeping an eye on what other people are doing in your game helps a lot.
Influencer marketing campaigns are challenging as it involves a large amount of coordination between agencies, influencers/creators and brands. As a result the focus is more on meeting deadlines than executing a campaign with the right strategy to deliver status.

A mental illness is a physical illness of the brain that causes disturbances in thinking, behavior, energy or emotion that make it difficult to cope with the ordinary demands of life. Research is starting to uncover the complicated causes of these diseases which can include genetics, brain chemistry, brain structure, experiencing trauma and/or having another medical condition, like heart disease. The general perception of mental illness has improved over the past decades, studies show that stigma against mental illness is still powerful, largely due to media stereotypes and lack of education, and that people tend to attach negative stigmas to mental health conditions at a far higher rate than to other diseases and disabilities, such as cancer, diabetes or heart disease. Stigma affects not only the number seeking treatment, but also the number of resources available for proper treatment. Stigma and misinformation can feel like overwhelming obstacles for someone who is struggling with a mental health condition. Here a few powerful things you can do to help: Showing individuals respect and acceptance removes a significant barrier to successfully coping with their illness. Having people see you as an individual and not as your illness can make the biggest difference for someone who is struggling with their mental health. Advocating within our circles of influence helps ensure these individuals have the same rights and opportunities as other members of your church, school and community. Learning more about mental health allows us to provide helpful support to those affected in our families and communities. Mental illnesses affect 19% of the adult population, 46% of teenagers and 13% of children each year. People struggling with their mental health may be in your family, live next door, teach your children, work in the next cubicle or sit in the same church pew. However, only half of those affected receive treatment, often because of the stigma attached to mental health. Untreated, mental illness can contribute to higher medical expenses, poorer performance at school and work, fewer employment opportunities and increased risk of suicide.
Is there any woman or a girl who can say I have never felt unsafe, that I have never been touched wrongly or I have never been stared abnormally. Anyone? We teach our girls how to protect themselves. Why don't we teach our boys not to materialize women? Why don't we realize it's high time for women to live without the fear? What is the advantage of law when you can't enforce it properly? And girls here, this society is like a empty shell, protect yourself and carry pepper spray with you whenever you go out.
In India there should be a strict punishment to all the people doing such activities that can cause even death to a girl and lifetime regret on being a victim
Are women ,girls and children safe in india????

Hathras horror doesn't need any more information. Frankly, I just don't understand why when girls express their safety concern, people ignore it and say not all men are same. And when this happens, those people are nowhere to be found! Don't those eveteasing incidents when not stopped or done anything about eventually give these monsters more audacity to do such heinous crimes? Why when people are educated and despite knowing laws, this is still an ugly reality of India? When will girls ever be safe? Is #BetiPadhaoBetiBachao only a mere slogan?
