During this quarantine period, I’ve managed to lose weight. I always try to spare some time for exercising. My exercising routine involves : Warm up session 1 Km Jogging 20 min on zumba sessions. Lastly meditation for 20 min Secondly, I avoided eating junk food and oily food. Focused on how much to eat. Avoided eating after 8 PM. Third, Drinking lot and lots of water. Fourth, Sleeping a quality sleep for at least 8 hours everyday. #Creatorshala #Weightlose #Selfworthismust
