Colourful Rice Flour Cheelas ❤️?? Chawal Ka Cheela (Rice Pan Cake) is made with rice flour. It is a very easy and light dish. It can be made in a jiffy if you just have rice flour in your pantry. This is a kind of instant rava dosa but very different in taste. U can add some vegetables to make it more healthier. INGREDIENTS: Rice flour – 1 cup Beetroot juice–1/2 cup Capsicum (finely chopped) – 2 tbsp Onions (finely chopped) – 2 tbsp Green chilli (finely chopped) – 2 Green peas–2 tbsp Sweet corn–2 tbsp Coriander leaves (finely chopped) – 2 tbsp Salt and black salt – to taste Oil as required For yellow colour cheela add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder in 1/2 cup rice flour. For Green colour cheela add 4 tbsp green chutney in 1/2 cup rice flour. METHOD: •Take rice flour in a bowl •Add all the ingredients and make a smooth flowing consistency. •Heat a non stick pan and sprinkle some oil •Pour 1–2 tbsp of batter and spread it by moving the girdle •Don’t use spatula to spread the batter •Cook from both sides until crisp and golden brown •Serve with favorite chutney or sauce.
