Rape It's unlawful sexual intercourse under section 375 of Indian penal code. We can say that in India if we'll see past year rape index increasing every year. Last year Apex court of India held capital punishment for India's worst rape case 'nirbhaya's convict', Is Supreme court didn't set any deterrent example in that case.
