❤️ Eggless Tuti Fruti Cake ❤️ It is a popular variety of cake in India. This tutti frutti cake recipe is made without eggs and has a soft, light and moist crumb. The recipe is also easy and even newbies in baking can make this tutti frutti cake easily. Ingredients– 1 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida) 1/2 cup warm milk or as required 3/4 cup curd 1/2 cup Tuti fruti 1/4 cup powdered Sugar 1/2 tsp Baking soda 1 tsp Baking powder 1/2 cup Cooking oil 1 tsp Vanilla Essence 1 tsp vinegar Method– Take tutti frutti (reserve 1 teaspoon of tuttifrutti for later use) in a small bowl, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of flour, mix well and set aside In a large mixing bowl take curd, sugar, oil and vanilla extract. Mix well with the help of whisk. Further sieve maida, baking soda and baking powder. Mix well using cut and fold method. Add warm milk and mix well forming thick flowing consistency batter. Add in tutti fruti and give a good mix. Transfer the cake batter into the grease cake mould. Level up the batter and pat the tray twice to remove the air incorporated into the batter. Place the cake tray into preheated oven. bake the cake at 180 degree celsius or 356 degree fahrenheit for 30-40 minutes. Once ready remove the cake from oven and allow it to cool down. Baking Soda 1/2 tsp 7. Salt 1/4 tsp 8. Vinegar 1 tsp 9. Vanilla Extract 1 tsp 10. Warm milk 1/4 cups 11. For Ganache: chocolate 1.5 cups 12. Heavy cream 1 cups Method_ Grease a round baking cake tin of 9×9 inches diameter with oil and preheat the oven at 200 degrees celcius. In a bowl take butter which should be at room temperature. Add sweetened condensed milk to it and beat till it is light and fluffy. Next seive all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt and mix everything well. Next add vinegar, vanilla extract, milk and beat again to form a smooth lump free batter. Pour the cake batter in greased tin and tap the sides of the cake tin. Bake the chocolate cake in a preheated oven for 35 minutes. Do check the cake after 30 minutes as the temperature vary from oven to oven. Once done check the cake with a toothpick. If it comes out clean the cake is perfectly baked. Let the cake cool down completely meanwhile make the chocolate ganache. In a saucepan take heavy cream and just bring it to boil. Pour the cream over dark chocolate and leave it undisturbed for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes mix untill smooth chocolate ganache is formed. Once the cake has cooled down pour the chocolate ganache over the cake. Garnish with chocolate flower and Chocolate Vermicelli. Eggless chocolate cake is ready cut in slices and serve!
