This will help in boosting the immunity of the body and then give other health benefits like maintaining good vision, build strong bones, etc. To add on you can eat a handful of roasted seeds and nuts including peanuts, melon seeds, almonds, etc. they fulfil your hunger and are rich in nutrient value.
