I have oily skin, and that’s why, i always look for products which is non sticky and controls my oil production or removes it. Ingredients_ Rohu/bhetki fish 4 steaks Bread crumbs 1/2cup Ginger paste 1/4 tsp Garlic paste 1/4 spoon Onion chopped 1small Coriander leaves chopped 2 tsp Green chili 1 finely chopped Curry leaves 8_9 finely chopped Chat masala 1/2 tsp Lemon juice 1 tsp Salt to taste Black Pepper 1/2 tsp Oil for frying Eggs 1 Method_ Clean the fish under running water and debone. Take water in a pan and bring it to boil. Add the fish fillets to the water and let it cook nicely (till the fish turns opaque). Remove the fish from water and crumble the fish with the help of a fork. Now add all the ingredients except oil and mix well. Create your desired shape of cutlets Coat with egg. Then cover with breadcrumbs. Then fry all the cutlets in low heat. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
