Qebab Quisine is a casual dining restaurant located inside Raddison hotel in MIDC. They have recently revamped their interiors and menu which looks really impressive. Went for Saturday lunch and tried their new menu which is curated by the their Head Chef ?‍? Our Veg Menu was as follows :- Welcome Drink * Shikanji - Served Cold * Masala milk - Served Hot Soup * Tamatar Tulsi Saunf Shorbha Starters / Appetisers * Tulsi Malai Hari Mirch Paneer Tikka * Palak Chaney ki Shammi Main Course * Paneer Nizami * Subz Abeer * Dal Mahjabeen * Vegetable Biryani * Assorted Bread Basket ( Tandoori Roti, Naan & Lachha Paratha ) Meetha / Dessert * Kesari Badam Phirni * Khubani ka Meetha FOOD REVIEW It was pouring heavily when we entered so a hot glass of masala milk was the perfect way to get settled on our table. I had a small portion of soup too to get me extra warm and it was delicious ? Paneer Tikka & Palak Chaney ki Shammi were like chalk and cheese but equally good. They served a tiny potion of quinoa salad & a basket of Papad between our appetisers and mains which was perfect as it kept ur going until our main course arrived. Loved the paneer ki subzi, dal and biryani which was rich in texture and flavour. Both the Desserts were served together and portion size seemed less but it was just about right to finish a satisfying meal without over eating. The Chef used minimum oil, spices yet the dishes weren’t bland or mild in flavour. The preparation technique used was really impressive and even after eating so many items I dint feel bloated or heavy as you usually do after an indian meal. The Food was delicious, beautifully presented yet light on my tummy which was perfect ? DECOR, AMBIENCE & SEATING When you first enter this restaurant you’ll be blown away with its sheer beauty & lighting which makes this place alive, one of the best I’ve seen in mumbai. Usually restaurants are dimly lit or there is uneven lighting but this place has adequate lighting everywhere. The Table is very well arranged and the decor is modern, classy and elegant. You can see the kitchen through a transparent glass where they are preparing your order which is a nice touch The staff is well groomed, rehearsed with their menu and serve your with a smile which is so good. In terms of staff management & hospitality it was impeccable. VERDICT Good restaurants don’t just take care of food quality and taste but put equal emphasis on preparation, presentation & hospitality. Qebab quisine does a wonderful job in all these departments. Overall I had a wonderful lunch experience and it was a refreshing change to experiment with a new menu rather then order your usual dishes.

Madrasam is a delivery kitchen located in Versova specialising in traditional South Indian dishes which are delivered hot & quick at your doorstep. Ordered home delivery from Madrasam which took about 25-30 mins to arrive. The food were neatly packaged, labelled & tightly sealed to avoid any spills or breakage. Highly Recommended Dishes Mangalore Bonda; Paniyaram; Veg Korma; Puliyogare; Curd rice; Neer Dosa & Lemon Ginger Beverage. Our Complete Veg order was as follows:- Starters * Mangalore Bonda * Paniyaram * Medhu Vada Curries * Avial * Veg Korma Biryani & Rice * Puliyogare * Curd rice Breads * Neer Dosa Dessert * Ada Pradanam * Ada Payasam Beverages * Beetroot punch * Lemon Ginger We started our dinner with three starters on offer which were all so different but delicious nonetheless. Outer layer was soft, moist with no after taste of excess oil or uncooked batter. Made to Perfection? In Curries the Avial was a refreshing change compared to your usual veg korma which blended beautifully with Neer Dosa which was soft & tasty. Both Rice varieties were like chalk & cheese in terms of preparation, taste & turned out delicious in their own way. Curd Rice was loved by the young & old in the family whereas Puliyogare was my personal favourite and before I knew it, it was all over. To complete our meal we tried two dessert varieties which were mild, sweet and perfect to end our meal on a high. Few things I loved about Madrasam * Serves Authentic South Indian food * No excess oil, artificial flavours are used to enhance the dish. * Food flavour & texture is made to perfection. It’s well balanced, tasty & blend well with chutney & sambhar. * Madrasam offers supreme quality, authenticity, decent quantity @ affordable prices giving great VFM to its customers. Overall our dinner experience was amazing as the entire order covered some mouth watering starters, mains & desserts with a couple of refreshing drinks which were delightful.

Visited Roadhouse Cafe & Bar @ Malad with a bunch of friends to chill on Sunday afternoon. The place was well spread out, beautifully Setup offered decent decor, lively ambience, live DJ, tasty food & drinks. Hola, In the picture- Homemade Chocolate Oreo Freakshake. Steps to make- 1.Break around 8-10 Oreo cookies, add 1-2 scoops of vanilla icecream, and some milk and blend all this together. 2. Take a glass and dip it's rim in chocolate sauce. Now, pour the milkshake in the glass. 3. You may decorate the glass with whipped cream, Oreo cookie chunks and by drizzling some chocolate sauce on top. (You can also use chocolate balls, choco chips, chocolate rolls etc.) 4. Serve chilled and enjoy!?✔️
