During monsoon, you’re anyway more prone to bacterial and viral infections. Cough, sneeze and viral fever ??are the most common diseases which people are prone to, during this time. Hence it becomes more important for you to take care especially when you’re pregnant ?. I firmly believe it’s always good to take precautionary measures rather than curing something later. That is why I do not believe in expensive antibiotics later rather I trust the medicinal treasures in my kitchen. One such treasure is Turmeric. .. I am having turmeric tea. To make this tea all you have to do is boil a cup of water, put 1 tbsp of haldi, a pinch of cinnamon (dalchini) and 2-3 drops of lemon ? juice. Bring it to a boil. Strain it and have it sitting in your balcony ?‍♀️.
