June is Pride month, it is a month dedicated to celebrating the LGBTQ+ community all around the world. It is a movement that celebrates sexual diversity. It calls for people to remember how damaging HOMOPHOBIA was and can be. . Pride month is also an opportunity to peacefully protest and raise political awareness of current ssues facing the community. Pride month is so important because it marks the start of change within the LGBTQ+ community. . So, I am requesting people to treat LGBTQ+ community equally. Also, do not use gay/lesbian/hijra as a slang. If you cannot respect them then atleast don't disrespect them basesd on their sexuality. Afterall we all are humans.
