My anytime 'go to' to calm myself is mandala art. With every stroke and every line, my patience grow a step more than what I had before. Art is a therapy which helps us in these testing times. Most people are not aware of it. Whenever you feel lost, take a paper and a pen. Start doodling. You don't have to be perfect.
