❤️ Steamed Rice Cake ❤️ INGREDIENTS: Rice flour –1 cup Condensed milk – 200 g Olive oil–1/4 cup Baking Powder–1 tsp Baking Soda–1/2 tsp Salt–2 pinch Vinegar–1 tsp Vanilla essence– 1 tsp Warm milk – 1/2 cup Desiccated coconut–2 tbsp Method: •Grease a baking cake tin with oil. •In a bowl take Olive oil. Add condensed milk to it and beat till it is light and fluffy. •Next seive all rice flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and mix everything well. •Next add vinegar, vanilla essence, milk and beat again to form a smooth lump free batter. •Add desiccated coconut n mix well. •Pour the cake batter in greased tin, and steam on medium-high heat for 40–50 minutes. •Once done check the cake with a toothpick. If it comes out clean the cake is perfectly steamed. •Let the cake cool down completely. Steamed rice cake is ready, cut in slices and serve!
